Other Sources of Income — rental, business, partnership, investments…
This is where opportunities hide. Capture every income stream and, for each, whether it would continue if the client were gone. If the family depends on it and it would stop or shrink, that is an insurance need RAI will quantify.

Other Dependants — anyone (besides spouse & children) who relies on the client
Spouse and children are covered in their own sections. Here, capture anyone else the client supports — an aging parent, a sibling, another relative. RAI uses each person's age, gender and the income the client provides to compute their Human Life Value (the income stream the client must replace, projected to life expectancy).

Does the home or property earn income?
A home that earns income — a rented room, an apartment downstairs, Airbnb, or a rental property — is both an asset and an income stream the family depends on. RAI builds a protection package around it so the income (and the property) survive if the client cannot.

Future Needs / Goals
What client wants to achieve
Get the client thinking beyond today: "Beyond what we've covered, what do you want to achieve for yourself or your family — and by when?" Pick each goal from the list; the form will prompt how to quantify it, and pull in figures we've already worked out (education, retirement, final expenses) so they build on the analysis instead of guessing.
| Future need / goal | How much & by when (prompt) | Value (TT$) | Timeframe |
|---|---|---|---|
When a goal matches something we've already analyzed, a "use TT$… from analysis" link appears under the value — tap it to pull the worked-out figure.
